necesito q me recomienden una rutina para 4 dias(enfocada en agarrar masa muscular) tuve un mes realizando un dia entrenaba puro los musculos de arriba y otro pura pierna, ahora me toca cambiarla, me podrian aconsejar alguna rutina???? por favor
