I will show you how a perfect cycle must look like

1week 45liters of Rum "5 Estrellas" (Best Anabolic ever tested cientifical proved). Combained with 35 liters of Beer "Polar Ice"( It'll give you the best perfomance in the gym)
2week = at 1 week
3week = 2 and 1 week
4 week 65 litters of Rum and 45 of Beer
5 week = 4 week
6 week 45 litter of Rum and 35 of beer
7 week 35 litter of Rum and 26 of Beer.

Post cicle
