10 Power Foods

Salmon- Salmon is an excellent source of protein and high in Omega 3 fatty acids which help your body function optimally.

Spinach- Spinach is high in vitamins A and C, Calcium and folate. It’s a good source of fiber and it may also help reduce the risk of several diseases such as cancer and age-related macular degeneration of the eye.
