Leg Blasting Program to Add Size Fast

Here’s a great, quick quad program that will get even the most stubborn legs growing.

Begin by warming up your legs thoroughly.

Start off your working sets with a set of heavy Leg Presses. Shoot for reps in the 8-12 range, and take the set to failure.

Rest for 2 minutes.

Do an additional set of heavy Leg Presses to failure. If you have a training partner, you can force out an extra rep or two.

Next you’ll perform a SuperSet of Leg Extensions and then Front Squats. Use moderately heavy weights, and stick to the 8-10 rep range. Don’t take any break between the Leg Extensions and the Front Squats.

You should start to really feel pumped at this point.

Rest for 2 minutes and then do another Super Set of Leg Extensions followed by Front Squats as before.

Rest for 2 minutes.

Finally, return to the Leg Press and do one last, all-out intense set of 8-12 reps to failure.

Go home and grow.
