Lean Ground Turkey Burger
Here’s a great-tasting recipe sent in by Lean Muscle Newsletter Subscriber for all of you who are keeping the carbohydrates down and dropping the fat pounds.
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey breast
4 tablespoons water
1 clove garlic
6 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger root
In a large mixing bowl combine the ground turkey, water, garlic and ginger. Stir slowly until blended together. Shape into 4 evenly sized burger patties. Spread out the patties on a plate and sprinkle about a teaspoon and a half of the soy sauce over each burger. Cook in a skillet or on the grill for about 10 minutes per side, until the center and/or juices are no longer pink. For best results try not to overcook.
